Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Appointment Setting – No Weekends

Job Description

We are currently hiring health care appointment setters in our Omaha office. As an appointment setter, you will provide excellent customer service while making courtesy calls to current health care members to set up annual wellness exams.

 

Specific duties for this entry level CSR role include:

  • Turning leads into appointments by effectively engaging healthcare members

  • Communicating the importance of annual wellness exams

  • Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times

  • Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types

  • Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services and promotions

  • Documenting all customer information, communications and sales in CRM system

Join our family of talented Representatives with customer service skills who “Just Sound Better!"  We are looking for candidates with availability from 10:30 am – 7 pm Monday-Friday and we have a need to fill several positions within those hours. Previous customer-focused experience is a plus, but we’ll teach entry-level candidates the skills to deliver a positive customer experience on every call

Job Requirements

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with a passion for excellent customer service, the ability to function well in a team setting or on an individual basis, effective time-management and organizational skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Don’t worry if you don’t have the experience, we will teach entry level candidates the skills needed for success.

Additional requirements for this CSR role include:

  • Friendly, conversational and engaging phone presence

  • Reliable and dependable work habits with excellent attendance

  • Computer proficiency, excellent typing and data entry skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer applications while speaking with the customer.

  • The ability to multitask priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Previous customer-focused experience a plus, but we’ll teach entry level candidates everything they need to be successful.

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Willingness to learn and a passion for helping people

  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Background and/or drug test may be required
