Job Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Resolution Specialist, you will ensure a memorable customer service experience by using active listening and question-asking skills to determine healthcare providers needs and help them resolve issues relating to eligibility, coverage, billing, and much more.

Specific duties for this Call Center Customer Service Resolution Specialist role include:

  • ·          ·         Answering provider requests or inquiries
  • ·          ·         Providing resources and self-service options to the provider
  • ·          ·         Identifying and resolving providers issues using problem-solving skills
  • ·    ·              Working with other departments and following up with the member to provide a resolution-building a positive rapport
  • ·    ·              Maintaining a working knowledge of our client products
  • ·          ·        Putting the provider first and remaining polite and professional at all times
  • ·          ·        Documenting all customer interactions in client computer system

Job Requirements

We are looking for Customer Service Resolution Specialists with a genuine hunger to succeed paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Don’t worry if you don’t have the experience, we will teach entry level candidates the skills needed for success.
