Job Responsibilities

You will use questioning and listening skills to sell customers insurance programs.  You will also ensure a  unique, memorable and positive customer service experience by answering questions and resolving problems with the utmost compassion, care,  sensitivity and accuracy. :

Specific duties for this entry level CSR role include:

  • Efficiently handle calls related to insurance products with professionalism, politeness, compassion and kindness.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the products, responding to questions.
  • Proactively educate customers on features and benefits of insurance products and make recommendations.
  • Use computer skills to access online resources to answer questions, resolve issues and provide detailed documentation for every call and 
  • transaction.
  • Deliver superior service by identifying and resolving customers’ issues using problem solving skills. 
  • Build a positive rapport across a variety of personality types.
  • Read, interpret and comprehend a variety of insurance products.
  • Adhere to call quality standards and schedule adherence goals.

Job Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated Call Center Sales Representatives with a genuine hunger to succeed paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Don’t  worry if you don’t have the experience, we will teach entry level candidates the skills needed for success.

Additional requirements for this Customer Service Representative role include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (conversational, articulate, engaging confident and enthusiastic)
  • Reliable and dependable work habits with excellent attendance
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate between multiple computer screens/program while engaging the customer
  • Comfortable with upselling and cross selling
  • High attention to detail, problem solving and follow-through with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit 
  • 4 year degree or equivalent work or military experience required  .
  • Previous office, sales or call center experience is preferred but not required.  We will train the right person!
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, M-F.  (10:00am-6:00pm schedules available)  
  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of classroom training M-F 10am-6pm
