Inbound Customer Service – Full or Part time hours!
We are currently hiring Inbound Customer Service agents in our Omaha office. This program will require you to read a script.
Specific duties for this entry level Inbound Specialist role include:
Offering Credit Card Protection to customers that are calling in.
Communicating the importance of credit card protection.
Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times.
Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types.
Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services and promotions
Answering customers question while using scripted FAQ's.

We are looking for candidates with availability between 10 am – 8 pm a weekend shift is required and we have a need to fill several positions within those hours. Previous customer-focused experience is a plus, but we’ll teach entry-level candidates the skills to deliver a positive customer experience on every call

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with a passion for excellent customer service, the ability to function well in a team setting or on an individual basis, effective time-management and organizational skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Don’t worry if you don’t have the experience, we will teach entry level candidates the skills needed for success.
Additional requirements for this role include:
Friendly, conversational and engaging phone presence
Reliable and dependable work habits with excellent attendance
Computer proficiency, excellent typing and data entry skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer applications while speaking with the customer.
Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
The ability to multitask priorities in a fast paced environment
Previous customer-focused experience a plus, but we’ll teach entry level candidates everything they need to be successful.
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Willingness to learn and a passion for helping people
Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
High school diploma or GED
Background and/or drug test may be required
