We are looking for a bilingual Referral Care Coordinator who is passionate about making a difference in the community we serve. When our patients are referred to specialty clinics outside of OneWorld, the Referral Care Coordinator steps in to schedule those appointments and to find ways to meet our patients’ financial needs, making sure to accurately log all pertinent information. 

This position is located on our main campus in South Omaha (30th & L.)  The schedule is 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

To ensure the safety of our patients, employees, and communities, OneWorld Community Health Centers is requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 effective November 15th, 2021. Exemptions may be granted for religious or medical accommodations. 

 - High School Diploma or GED required.   
 - Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.   
 - Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.   
 - Medical office experience preferred.
