OneWorld operates four School Based Health Centers in the South Omaha area to meet the health needs of the kids in our community. These clinics are located inside of OPS schools. We are currently looking for a bilingual Certified Nurse Aide to work in our clinic at Buena Vista High School. This candidate needs to have a positive attitude and enjoy working with children and teens. Our CNAs prep patients for their appointments, help at the front desk, perform routine procedures on patients, assist providers with more complex procedures, give vaccines, prepare specimens, stock and clean exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and order medical supplies.

We are offering a $2,000 HIRING BONUS to fill this role after 90 days of hire.

This is a full-time position located at Buena Vista High (60th & L ST). The schedule will be 40 hours per week, generally Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm.

To ensure the safety of our patients, employees, and communities, OneWorld Community Health Centers is requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 effective November 15th, 2021. Exemptions may be granted for religious or medical accommodations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required, OR must be actively pursuing a High School Diploma/GED.

- Nurse Aide Certification required.

- CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

- Medication Aide is required within three months of hire.

- Phlebotomy Certificate preferred.

- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products, required. Prior experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred.

- Prior healthcare experience preferred.

- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
