We are looking for a dedicated Performance Improvement Analyst to work with our leadership team to improve clinical processes and operational systems across the organization. This involves collecting data, analyzing it for performance trends, finding areas of opportunity, and reporting the findings to senior leadership. Potential areas of opportunity include quality of care, safety, provider productivity, and patient satisfaction. The PI Analyst develops strategies for improvement and works with leadership to put action plans into place. Data integrity is key with this position. The PI Analyst develops and maintains databases, dashboards, and provider report cards per the required schedule, as well as ad hoc reports when requested. The PI Analyst submits necessary data to governmental, regulatory, funder, and payer entities in compliance with all requirements. In addition to data collection and analysis, the PI Analyst leads the multi-disciplinary Performance Improvement Committee, facilitating meetings, creating agendas, and training staff as needed.
This is a full-time position located on our main campus in South Omaha (30th & L.) The schedule will be 40 hours per week, generally 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- Bachelor's degree in public health or related field required.
- RN or LPN license preferred.
- Two or more years of analytical experience in a healthcare environment required.
- Prior experience with performance improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean, preferred.
- Strong project management and time management skills required. - Excellent written and verbal communication required, with the ability to build strong interpersonal and collaborative relationships with coworkers and leaders.
