Be Inspired By the Work You Do

If you want to change the world, one patient at a time, we'd love you to consider joining our team.

OneWorld Community Health Centers is a growing Omaha-based organization that employs over 500 people while still retaining a true family feel.  Out of 1,400+ Community Health Centers nationwide, OneWorld ranks within the top 2% in terms of clinical outcomes.  It takes all of us, with our various talents and positions, to achieve results like this.  Our employees are united by a desire to help the community, and it shows.

Are you a bilingual Registered Nurse looking for a full-time work-from-home opportunity?  Then look no further!

The nursing team at OneWorld is an integral part of our primary care clinic, and we are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN or BSN) to join our triage team.  Triage RNs at OneWorld provide high-quality care to culturally diverse, underserved populations.  They facilitate communication between providers and patients, give diagnostic results and directives to patients as instructed by the provider, provide medication refills, and assist patients with completing paperwork.  During the pandemic, triage RNs also provide case management over the phone for COVID patients as needed.

The schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, generally 8am-5pm.  It is mostly a work-from-home position, but it will require coming into the clinic to perform walk-in triage duties on a rotating basis.

We are offering a $3,500 HIRING BONUS to fill this position.

- RN license required.

- Associate's of Science in Nursing degree required; Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required prior to start date.
- Previous nursing experience, preferably in a primary care environment, preferred.

- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office products, required; previous experience with an Electronic Health Record preferred. - Must have a working computer, phone, and high-speed internet access in the home.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.

*Since the schedule requires working on site on a rotating basis, applicants must reside in the Omaha metro area.

Our Registered Nurses (RN and BSN) are eligible for student loan repayment through NURSE Corps.
