We have a great opportunity for you as LMS Administrator! You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the learning management system, and overall operational performance including technical needs, in addition to providing LMS administration and end-user support.

LMS Administrator responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational performance of LMS system.
  • Serve as LMS subject matter expert and manage all aspects of the LMS and end-user experience.
  • Maintain course catalog, monitor course content, course approvals, and evaluation processes.
  • Define user roles, set and maintain security roles and access levels and reset passwords.
  • Develop and deliver reports and analytics.
  • Responsible for registration, scheduling, and cancellation guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Process course updates and monitor user access for monthly reporting.
  • Provide training and technical support to users.
  • Research and resolve LMS functionality issues.
  • Maintain and operate various technologies used in the delivery of instructional and/or interactive programs and courses.
  • Responsible for system regulatory compliance and data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create/publish/archive online and instructor-led courses, assign courses, and add and delete resources.
  • Review, test, and implement system updates in partnership with vendors and IT department, including updates and upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, and user access testing.
  • Investigate and resolve any data or system inconsistencies or discrepancies.
  • Maintain all LMS instructor course materials and provide support related to document control system requirements.
  • Stay current with LMS industry activities, and recommend LMS solutions that align with business objectives. Actively seek and recommend ways to drive engagement and efficiencies.

Education, Experience and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working with an LMS.
  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
