Customer Service/Dispatch Representative

Unique opportunity to use your excellent customer service and dispatch skills. Work for a stable, family owned healthcare business and earn $14-$15/hr plus a comprehensive benefits package. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.


•    Answer and direct phone calls and process service requests from customers
•    Troubleshot and dispatch service technicians
•    Monitor group email box
•    Process and follow up on all order requests
•    Assist with inventory management as required
•    Maintain manufacturer database, run appropriate reports and maintain compliance files


Requirements:
•    Excellent clerical and computer skills
•    Ability to interact competently with customers, co-workers and management
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured, moderately supervised environment while handling exceptional cases or difficulties
•    Proven problem solving skills and the ability to be a proactive team player
•    College degree a plus!
