Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide dynamic customer service to policyholders
  • Accurately complete documents and answer customer inquiries
  • Effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Maintain confidentiality

Customer Service Representative requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience, call center experience preferred
  • An understanding of health insurance and medical terminology preferred
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • College degree preferred
