Awesome opportunity for an experienced customer service representative (CSR) to work at an industry leader. We are looking for a self-starter with the drive to succeed. Work M-F with no weekends and earn up to $15/hr.

Duties of the Customer Service Representative (CSR):

• Assist customers via phone and email
• Help customers navigate web site and reset passwords
• Resolve customer issues
• Effectively communicate with customers and management

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative (CSR):
• 2+ years of Customers Service Experience
• Call Center Experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Strong administrative skills set and proficient with Microsoft Office
