Customer Service Representative, Healthcare

Job Description


Unique opportunity to use your excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills. Work for a stable, family owned healthcare business and earn $14-$15/hr plus a comprehensive benefits package. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm.

  • Answer questions and assist customers via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and investigate product issues
  • Serve as a liason between customers and management
  • Effectively resolve customer issues
  • Process and follow up on all order requests


  • ?Previous call center experience a plus!
  • Excellent clerical and computer skills
  • Ability to interact competently with customers, co-workers and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured, moderately supervised environment while handling exceptional cases or difficulties
  • Proven problem solving skills and the ability to be a proactive team player
  • College degree a plus!
