Customer Service/Inventory Specialist

Job Description


Unique opportunity to use your excellent customer service and inventory skills. Work for a stable, family owned healthcare business and earn $14/hr plus a comprehensive benefits package. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

  • Answer and direct phone calls and process service requests from customers
  • Troubleshot and dispatch service technicians
  • Monitor group email box
  • Process and follow up on all order requests
  • Assist with inventory management as required
  • Maintain manufacturer database, run appropriate reports and maintain compliance files


  • ?Excellent clerical and computer skills
  • Ability to interact competently with customers, co-workers and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured, moderately supervised environment while handling exceptional cases or difficulties
  • Proven problem solving skills and the ability to be a proactive team player
  • Previous warehouse/forklift experience a plus!
  • College degree a plus!
