Project Manger Job Details: 
• Direct Hire\Onsite
• 8AM – 5PM
• Salary: $100k DOE

Project Manager Qualifications (KSA’s):
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent in experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management overseeing multiple projects
• Advanced knowledge of commercial construction, including estimating and construction management
Project Manager Daily Duties: 
• Work with internal and external teams and owners to develop project requirements\schedules
• Oversee projects and ensure they are executed and completed in accordance with goals 
• Attend design & construction meetings as necessary to represent the owner's interests
• Participate in project marketing, branding, authenticity development 
• Work with owners to provide feedback to contractors and consultants as necessary
• Work with project tenants during leasing & buildout
• Communicate with City Officials and other jurisdictional entities to secure approvals and permits as necessary
• Compile and maintain project budgets
• Monitor and manage construction timeline to ensure minimal delays in completion
• Review applications for payment and other vendor invoices 
• Coordinate directly with and respond to needs from internal finance department
• Work directly with Accounting Depart. to ensure timely receipt and approval of vendor invoices
• Work with contractors to ensure high safety standards
• Lead a small team and mentor others
