One of Omaha’s top architectural firms is seeking an experienced Architect that thrives in a fast paced team oriented environment, to help their business to continue to grow. This opportunity is an ideal fit for a motivated, creative professional who is looking for a collaborative approach to architectural design.
Architect Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for planning, developing and managing design from the initial concept through construction and project completion
• Reviewing local regulations to ensure projects fall within all constraints
• Responsible for all technical components related to building codes, detailing and overall constructability
• Project management responsibility for a variety of residential projects as well as a limited number of light commercial projects
• Assist with marketing and client development efforts
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients and new client leads

Architect Qualifications:
• Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate concepts and coordinate work efforts with architectural and engineering staff
• Proficient in hand sketching, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Sketch up, and Microsoft suite
• Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience is preferred

Architect Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Architect License:
• Licensed Architect is preferred not required
• Licensed Architect is preferred not required
