Excellent pay and amazing benefits for this 1st shift opportunity! Hours are 8am-4:30pm. 3rd grade engineer license is required

Duties include: 
• Operate high pressure boilers utilizing both natural gas and #6 Fuel Oil
• Operate high pressure electrical boilers
• Operate centrifugal chillers
• Operate the Campus Hot Water System
• Operate and adjust regulators and other various devices in a centralized distribution system for steam, hot water, and chilled water
• Operate, adjust and assist in maintenance of water conditioners, pumps, compressors, fans, and other associated Central Utility Plant Equipment
• Operate, adjust, and assist in maintenance of diesel driven electric generators
• Operate and monitor electrical transmission equipment
• Effectively communicate equipment alarms and abnormal conditions
• Accurate and immediate response to troubleshoot and restore distribution systems serving the campus, including the hospital, which directly effects life safety and emergency equipment
• Clean, paint, and maintain Utility Plant, distribution system tunnels, and associated equipment
• Complete preventative and routine maintenance on chillers and associated equipment
• Complete preventative and routine maintenance on boilers and associated equipment
• Accurately maintain all operational and environmental logs
