Primary responsibilities of the administrative assistant will be: 
• Communication via phone and email with underwriters / carriers
• Setting up presentations 
• Creating proposals 

Requirements of administrative assistant:
• Proactive problem solver
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• 1+ years working in the insurance industry
