As an account coordinator you will:
-Take calls inbound and outbound for home inspector's offices across the nation to schedule appointments and answer customer questions
-Process and email correspondence
-Conduct internet research
-Complete data entry
-Toggle between multiple screens
The right account coordinator will have:
-Three or more years of recent call center / customer service experience
-Bachelor's degree strong preferred
-EXCELLENT verbal and written communication
-A strong ability to multi-task and think outside the box
-Strong work history with little to no gaps of employment
