Staffing Industry analysts project significant growth in staffing as the economy continues to expand.   Companies are adding staff at a record pace across numerous industries.  To support this growing demand, C&A is hiring sales, recruiting, and support staff across all of it affiliate divisions.  As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the best talent available to fill our client’s open positons.  You’ll source candidates across several mediums, including social media, screen and qualify candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions. 

Preferred qualifications include:

- Bachelor’s degree desired

- Work history in business, staffing/hiring or in a call center

- History of setting and achieving goals

- Strong communication and relationship building skills

- History of accomplishments

- Ability to work within a team structure

- Proficient PC skills
