Staffing Managers (Attention Retailers)

If you’re in the retail industry, you know things are changing.  More and more people are making purchases on line and retail stores are closing in record numbers.  It makes you wonder how secure the future is for brick and mortar retailers.

But one thing hasn’t changed in retail and that’s the long hours.  Nights, weekends, holidays, and work schedules in the 50-60 hour range.  While it’s a busy and exciting industry, it can wear on you and begin to interfere with family, friends, and your personal health.
