Job Description

FocusOne Solutions continues to expand its presence in the MSP/VMS market.  As a result of our continued growth, we are adding another Client Relations Exeuctive to our Operations team.  This position reports to the Director of Operations.

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for developing new business in existing FocusOne clients, educating clients on industry trends, FocusOne service offerings, and enhancing overall customer service by conducting on site visits and presentations.    

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Conduct on-site visits with FocusOne clients; identify key decision makers to be included as part of the on-site meetings, such as VP of Human Resources and CNO. 
B. Educate client on FocusOne services not currently being utilized and secure additional business opportunities.  
C. Understand and be able to educate clients on differences between FocusOne and competitors.
D. Determine and assign priorities to FocusOne clients to strategically cover client list.  
E. Prepare business reviews for clients, including metrics on position fill rate, areas of usage and provide suggestions for maximized service delivery.  
F. Prepare summary debriefs after each client on-site, communicating results of visit to assigned Operations Consultant and Director of Operations. 
G. Provide web demonstrations and training to clients not currently utilizing FocusOne Connect or provide support to those clients with unused functionality.  
H. Obtain referrals from clients and forward to Director of Business Development. 
I. Attend trade shows, conferences and client events as needed.  
J. Assist Sales team with completion of RFIs and RFPs as requested. 

Requirements & Preferences:  
§  Prior experience working with FOS or other MSP/VMS companies or relative Healthcare experience preferred.
§ Ability to prepare and effectively present business reviews to client contacts
§ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
§ Skill in building relationships and developing strong business partnerships.
§ Ability to generate new business by demonstrating value with regard to client goals.
