We are seeking an experienced and committed IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative organization. The IT Support Specialist assures that Project Harmony continues to identify and implement technological advancements, cultivating a technology minded and equipped workforce that fosters our mission, goals and programs. All efforts implemented are expected to positively impact our staff, programs and donor contribution goals.
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the procurement, configuration, diagnostics and technical support of servers, PCs, desktop systems, hardware/software, security, cyber-security and office systems. The IT Support Specialist assists in training needs to include computer hardware, software and internet/intranet systems.
