About this position:

The Independent Contract Program Supervisor position is perfect for someone who is passionate about quality services.  This position will coordinate and oversee services for 12- 18 persons within the Mosaic at Home program.  You will work closely in building relationships with each individual, their family/guardians, providers and team to design their services to meet their desires and needs.  When designing the service plans with the individual we desire someone that is creative with the ability to discuss future planning.  We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills in small and large groups, who can focus on details and timelines, confident in decision making and navigate technology quickly.


* Bachelor's Degree OR substitute 4 years’ experience in a similar position / field.
* Previous experience working with people with intellectual disabilities preferred.
* Previous experience with creating and writing IEP's/ISP's, programs and goals within education or human service field.
