Mosaic is looking for an Associate Director to lead, create and inspire vision within traditional residential services including ICF/ID and Supported Community Living environments.  You would be leading leaders into tomorrow! These services are supporting almost 100 individuals with the over 300 dedicated, committed employees to be more, dream more and live more!

Under the direction of the Executive Director, this position is responsible for ensuring that all services are operated in compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. YOU are driving the strategic vision, culture and mission of service delivery assisting in the overall operation of the agency, including human resources, financial management, and staff development.


* Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field.
* Minimum of five, prefer 7 years of experience in a related field.
* Minimum of three years’ experience in a senior leader or management role.
* Previous successful experience in budget management and human resources is helpful.
