Position Description Overview

Primary source for business analysis dedicated to Union Bank service portfolio, using speech analysis, VOC data, IVR reporting, 3270, Evolve, reporting, etc.. to drive efficiencies and improvements in the UB servicing queue.

Job Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst II, you will be responsible for: 

  • Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining models for various business applications. Includes data gathering & statistical analysis, model development & enhancements, ongoing maintenance, etc. 
  • Understanding current business procedures, problems with those current procedures, and recommend possible solutions that use predictive modeling technology. This includes data gathering and exploration, research into current industry trends, and what competitors might be doing.

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years Analysis experience.
  • SQL, SAS and VBA knowledge and experience preferred.  
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with PCs; strong verbal, written and organizational skills; strong customer orientation.
