The Military/Campus Senior Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting military-affiliated individuals and recent graduates into First Data's summer internship, early career development programs, and full time job opportunities, via military organizations, various universities, and community colleges. This role requires a highly energetic person who loves to build relationships and is as excited to hire recent grads, veterans, guard/reservist & military spouses as they start / transition into a new career. Scope of Job
Complex recruiting issues/activities. Broad training knowledge providing guidance to less experienced recruiting staff. Performs duties under minimum supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures. Interprets the employment strategy and aligns resources and people to meet strategy goals.
