Job Responsibilities


As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Being a subject matter expert related to one or more third party systems within a particular organization/business area.
  • Project Management, implementations, testing, maintenance and vendor management, ensuring applications meet the business needs.
  • Defining, testing, training, implementing and supporting one or more functional areas within the system.
  • System foundation table set-up and maintenance, security access and setup configuration.
  • Identifying ongoing system enhancements, scopes and creates requirements and coordinates efforts to implement. May perform business analysis of systems and follows through the full development life cycle.
  • Coordinating, implementing and communicating system change requirements.
  • Mapping the business processes to modules.
  • Managing the vendor to complete activities related to any implementation, monitors and tracks service levels.
  • Acting as a database/application resource for administrering and developing solutions for automated reporting procedures through use of applicable reporting tools and software.
  • Creating documentation and training materials and may deliver training during implementation of system or system enhancements.
  • Developing and distributing analysis used for business unit books, analyses, executive and FDC etc.
  • Collecting, consolidating, and preparing reports for monthly close, forecasts and strategic plan developing presentations based on analyses.

Job Requirements

  • 4 year degree preferred and 4+ years experience, or equivalent.

Our Operations owner-associates are responsible for the stability of our global network infrastructure by helping our financial institution clients with various aspects of transaction processing, including statement management, card production and ticket-issue resolution. Our Call Center owner-associates are often the first point of contact for our business clients, and they play an important role in driving client satisfaction. They are responsible for answering questions and resolving problems on a wide range of issues, including account activation inquiries, potential fraudulent activity and our full range of products and services.
