Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monitoring and balancing the EFTPS system, settling funds with clients and governing organizations and for controlling company exposure to liability. This position ensures all trading partner (In and Out) are reconciled.
  • Responsible for balancing the EFTPS system, settling funds with clients and governing organizations and for controlling company exposure to liability. This position ensures all wire transfers (In and Out) are reconciled and maintained. This position acts as the SME for internal and client issues.
  • Responsible for SLA statistical reporting to the client.
  • Responsible for data collection for report creation and distribution
  • Responsible for client and program stakeholder research requests.  
 
Job Requirements
  • BSBA Degree in Accounting or an Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Business or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Settlement Operation process preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.

They are responsible for answering questions and resolving problems on a wide range of issues, including account activation inquiries, potential fraudulent activity and our full range of products and services.
