Incident Manager Description Overview
This position is to support the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) and has direct contact with the Federal Government including Fiscal Service, IRS, and the Treasury. This position is to back-up the Director of Incident Management for the program. This includes concise written and verbal communications, Supporting Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR). Client communications are critical to this position and requires the ability to work independently. This position works in a program wide Incident Manager capacity where written communications are sent directly to the client (partnering bank and the Federal Government).
The hours of work must be onsite and would entail working 12.5 hour shifts from 8:00a - 8:30 PM Wednesday - Saturday, one week; then alternating with the following week from 8:00a - 8:30p Thursday - Saturday. Occasional on-call support will be required. Being EFTPS, this person must be able to pass a C2 Security clearance.
