First Data's Operations and Call Center functions are focused on providing the outstanding client service, support and experiences that are critical to our ongoing success. Our Operations owner-associates are responsible for the stability of our global network infrastructure by helping our financial institution clients with various aspects of transaction processing, including statement management, card production and ticket-issue resolution. Our Call Center owner-associates are often the first point of contact for our business clients, and they play an important role in driving client satisfaction. They are responsible for answering questions and resolving problems on a wide range of issues, including account activation inquiries, potential fraudulent activity and our full range of products and services.

Position Description Overview

Understand the First Data fulfillment program offering for gift cards so that can assist with selling of the program along with implementing new clients to the program and managing existing clients enrolled. Serve as escalation point for any issues related to the program and work to resolve with clients, suppliers and internal areas.

Job Responsibilities

  • Obtain client program requirements for managing Business to Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C) and inventory management fulfillment for gift card programs. Obtain full requirements, provide the fulfillment solution that meets client need and provide pricing to client Must ne able to clearly communicate our processes, requirements and pricing via email, conference calls and statements of work .

Scope of Job

Provide support required to sell potential clients on the fulfillment services First Data offers along with implementing and continued management for existing clients enrolled in the fulfillment program. Resolve issues with clients and vendor as issues arise.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year business degree or equivalent preferred. Must have strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Position requires intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to balance needs of the customer with needs of First Data. Supply chain management experience preferred.
