First Data's Operations and Call Center functions are focused on providing the outstanding client service, support and experiences that are critical to our ongoing success. Our Operations owner-associates are responsible for the stability of our global network infrastructure by helping our financial institution clients with various aspects of transaction processing, including statement management, card production and ticket-issue resolution. Our Call Center owner-associates are often the first point of contact for our business clients, and they play an important role in driving client satisfaction. They are responsible for answering questions and resolving problems on a wide range of issues, including account activation inquiries, potential fraudulent activity and our full range of products and services.

Position Description Overview

Clover is an android-based product suite that is offered to small/medium businesses. Clover Operations is responsible for improving the merchant experience, making it easier for sales agents/business consultants to sell and support Clover for their clients, improve customer support agent productivity and quality, and generally improve all elements of operations associated with the product line.

Job Responsibilities

  • This Senior Analyst will:
  • Become the SME on how SalesForce is used by Clover Operations
  • Write requirements for Sales Force work in support of new initiatives within Clover Operations
  • Write test plans and conduct UAT
  • Document the new functionality
  • Run ad hoc reports out of SalesForce as needed


Job Requirements

  • Education/Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • A Minimum of a year of experience with required, focused on architecture or requirements writing (vs. being an end-user of the system)
  • A minimum of a year of experience in contact centers
  • Experience with testing, documentation, and project management all a strong plus
