 New Employees hired will be awarded a $100 bonus upon completing 30 days of employment with perfect attendance!  

 Weekly Pay- Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Pay Rate: $14-20/hr- - - (higher end would be for lots of experience, forklift certification &/or CDL)   

Days: Monday- Friday

Hours: 7am or 7:30am to 4 or 5pm; occasional weekend work if workload is available

 Will work on-site in the warehouse, with occasional offsite work where they will drive company vehicles to their other locations (one a few blocks away, other downtown)

 POSITION DETAILS: 

Warehouse & Driver/Delivery- START ASAP! Need to send screened applicants over who can interview with them (send over ASAP to interview and start ASAP).

 Duties and Requirements:

• Someone who is going to invest their time and stick around for a long time. 
• Can lift 50- 75lbs. Ladies welcome. 
• Looking for flexible and reliable employees with a good driving record (would want us to run MVR and Drug test for next steps). 
• This will be a permanent position depending on their performance, temp to hire. 
• Masks required.
• Blue jeans and sweatshirts OK, steel toed shoes preferred. 
• No loose clothing. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Typical warehouse- receiving, unloading; must be able to lift, move, and stand frequently
• Unload and load trucks using forklift and by hand.
• Stacking and pallet duties as needed
• Assist with driving and delivery in company vehicle
• Wants someone who can work well with people
• Strong communication skills- communication is very important!
• Follow work instructions, safe work practices and safety procedures

Skills:

• Valid license (will need to be able to pass drug screen and get MVR if they move forward in process) (For MVR just looking for high risk or accident prone, won’t disqualify them if they have a few violations).
• Experience in delivery and warehouse.
• Physically able to lift 50- 75lbs.
• NO required certifications or CDL licenses needed.
• Forklift certification is a plus, past CDL experience is a plus.
