Our client, in the financial services industry, is looking for an Operations Assistant to join their team. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Assist with all operational tasks of the firm including, underwriting, portfolio management, and financial analysis
• Communicate effectively with clients and prospects, underwriters, producers, and partners
• Organize and manage case inventory from beginning to end
• Maintain status tracking reports
• Effectively and efficiently fund and refund life insurance premiums

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, preferred
• Insurance licensing: Life and Health licensed within 90 days of hire
• Basic knowledge of banking systems requirements, preferred
• Able to problem solve and determine what products and terms best fit a client/prospect
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve problems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Able to embrace change and work in a fast-paced professional environment
• Effective and professional oral and written communication skills
