    Our client is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented individual to assist their team with various accounting/financial related assignments.  Someone who has experience in the insurance industry would be ideal.  Here’s what they look for:

    • Ensure corporate compliance and financial stability
    • Manage monthly financial reporting and related analysis
    • Produce financial statements (monthly and annually)
    • Responsible for month end close process
    • Manage all aspects of fixed asset ledgers
    • Assist with management of all accounting functions:
    1. Accounts receivable
    2. Accounts payable
    3. Payroll
    4. Purchasing
    • Help to coordinate annual independent audits
    • Maintain depreciation and fixed asset records
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance documentation of accounting/business policies and procedures
    • Lead budgeting/forecasting processes
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
    • Knowledge of GAAP      
    • Ability to effectively communicate with various management levels
    • Self-starter, good initiative
