This position is responsible for the overall management and implementation of a comprehensive alumni relations program and support the efforts of the Institutional Advancement and Communications department.

Under the management of the Director of Institutional Advancement and Communications, the Coordinator will plan and implement both short-term and long-term goals to engage alumni locally and nationally, through an increase in alumni memberships, participation and engagement. The position develops and manages the alumni relations budget and assists in partnership and fundraising in conjunction with the Director of Institutional Advancement and Communications.

The Coordinator oversees the alumni database, communication efforts including content development, historical records and preservation of the College history. Collaboration with the College Alumni Association and College departments for student/alumni programming, student recruitment efforts and alumni sponsored events is integral to the success of alumni relations.

Additionally, the position will support the Institutional Advancement and Communications department through project management related to advancement, communications and marketing for recruitment and brand awareness purposes.

Required Qualifications:

Associates degree required


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in health care, higher education, nonprofit management, project management, or related field
Minimum of one-year experience working in higher education or advancement
Experience serving in alumni relation or on an alumni board preferred
