The CRM Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration and operation of CRM systems at the College. Coordinate, develop, monitor and maintain campaigns, inquiry data, and reports developed within the CRM system software. Ensure the accuracy of information for reporting purposes and assist in the reporting process. Responsible for daily technical tasks essential to the accurate and timely support of employees, students, and other constituents. Position includes data entry and analysis, report generation, security set up, and administration and troubleshooting of internal/external user issues. Liaise between CRM, consultants, and third party vendors to meet internal technical requirements. Perform analysis, testing and business intelligence reporting from the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum one year data management experience required
Bachelor's degree in computer technology, mathematics, communication or related field required
Good communication skills required
Ability to work well with team members required
Ability to work independently required
Proven ability to enter data accurately required
Detail orientation required
Ability to create and run reports required
Ability to use Microsoft Office Word and Excel required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with a higher education-related software system preferred
Minimum one year higher education experience preferred
