Description

Clarkson College is currently seeking a Coordinator, Alumni and Advancement to assist in the management and implementation of a comprehensive alumni relations program and support the efforts of the Office of Advancement. Under the management of the Director of College Advancement, the coordinator will plan and implement both short-term and long-term goals to engage alumni locally and nationally, through an increase in alumni memberships, participation and engagement. The position develops and manages the alumni relations budget and assists in partnership and fundraising in conjunction with the Director of College Advancement. The Coordinator oversees the alumni database, communication efforts, historical records and preservation of the College history. Collaboration with the College Alumni Association and College departments for student/alumni programming, student recruitment efforts and alumni sponsored events is integral to the success of alumni relations. Additionally, the position will assist the Office of Advancement through support of the Customer Relationship Management system, fundraising events, and overall department projects.


Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in health care or health care business related field.
- Minimum of one-year experience serving on a College alumni board or within an alumni department in higher education.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience serving in an alumni relation role
- Clarkson College alumni
