Clarkson College is current looking to hire a Building and Grounds Associate worker to join our faculties team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to work within many different areas of the College. Our facilities department is instrumental in ensuring a safe environment for our students, staff and the public. Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year experience with building maintenance and repair required.
- High school education or equivalent required
- Knowledge of general maintenance tools and techniques for plumbing, electrical and
mechanical systems, required. Strong trouble-shooting skills required.
- Ability to problem solve required.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of
customers required.
- Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance functions required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Current valid motor vehicle operator license and ability to meet and maintain insurability,

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum one year experience with plumbing, maintenance and repair preferred
