Account Executive

The Account Executive delivers quality service to our clients and their transferees and manages the functions and training of the team member(s) to ensure their success within NEI Global Relocation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for both corporate client and transferee:
  • Client, including but not limited to, accept authorization, review transferee issues, reviews status of moves and discuss exemptions to policy;
  • Transferee, including but not limited to, initiate into process, provide verbal buy-out information and review details, review acquisition settlement statements, discuss home marketing comments and on-going marketing strategies, answer questions on documentation, act as liaison between transferee and vendors and proactively follow-up on services being provided.
• Coordinate and / or manage the coordination of benefits offered in a client’s relocation policy;
  • Coordinate home finding referrals and follow-up with agent and transferee; make any necessary modifications and / or provide any additional services needed by transferee. Manage the services being coordinated by the Assistant Account Executive and coordinate those not handled.
• Counsel transferee on benefits of eligible relocation policy:
  • Review all benefits offered to the transferee, which are being administered by NEI, and what expenses are covered under those benefits.
  • Review the NEI expense tracking procedures (if administered by NEI) on how the transferee may be reimbursed for expenses, how those reimbursements effect the transferee’s income and what will be grossed up or will not be grossed up.
  • Manage requests for exemptions.
• Maintain the NEI Database by keeping the database current with notes from all conversations, complete necessary fields and check that team member(s) consistently enter all data.
• Client reporting:
  • Prepare standard monthly reports for clients in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual client reports. Develop and routinely prepare reports that meet the special needs of the client(s).
  • Achieve client and / or NEI goals for cost containment and service evaluations.
  • Team responsibilities.
  • Review work – accuracy of documentation.
  • Training – quickly and routinely identify areas of work performance which needs training, review with team member(s) and either train or arrange for training through the Senior Account Executive. Over a period of time, arrange for cross-training in all aspects of relocation to increase your team member’s ability to be promoted.
  • Manage work volume – on a daily basis, monitor volume of work each team member has and arrange for assistance as needed with the Senior Account Executive. Continually strive to help team members work in the most efficient and productive manner.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willing/able to travel periodically on business.
• Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and meet last minute requests.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as general database knowledge.
• Able to work with numbers accurately and quickly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Type 50 WPM and 10-key by touch.
• Dependable, Reliable, and Flexible.

Education / Experience:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in relocation (encompassing all aspects of relocation).
