Position Objective:

Effectively manage all facets of client relations responsibilities in order to ensure superior service, maximize revenue, retain and increase current client business.  Accomplish this while partnering with all interdepartmental teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, implementation and ongoing development of the clients’ mobility programs and policies.
  • Manage the transition of new clients and the implementation with all NEI departments.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients through client visitation, consultative interactions and creative problem resolution. Network within the client organization to maximize the depth and breadth of NEI’s relationship.
  • Translate client needs into business opportunities and manage the implementation of changes to relocation process as needed to satisfy client needs/requirements.
  • Assists client with overall program management while providing accurate and meaningful data to client for planning purposes.
  • Present quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports to client.  Develop and/or review preparation of client requested reporting to ensure the most effective reporting procedures are being used and that the information being provided is accurate. Analyze the statistical report data and feedback from the operations team to present advice to the client on ways to maximize their relocation program.
  • Partner with internal team members in solving client needs and ensuring we provide outstanding service to transferees.
  • Assist in the training of NEI Global Relocation team members to implement new procedures and policy changes.
  • Develop new procedures and sell additional service, such as expense management, supplier management, group move services, international services, etc. to meet the changing needs of client. Ensure NEI is capturing all relocation business opportunities with each client.
  • Assist Sales Team with prospective client presentations.

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years relocation experience preferred, spanning all facets of relocation and management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Critical reasoning and flexible thinking necessary
  • Ability to present information in a formal setting
  • Ability to resolve problems in a professional manner, resulting in a favorable client reaction toward NEI
  • Travel required (up to 50% of the time, subject to change as needed)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
