  1. Enter orders into computer.
  2. Email order acknowledgment to customers.
  3. Make work orders for special orders.
  4. Process work orders when finished.
  5. Take complaints from customers and satisfy if possible.
  6. Print sales orders from sales and allocation report.
  7. Check on orders for customers, shipped or in process.
  8. Expedite sales orders for customers when possible.
  9. Process parts orders to proper locations.
  10. Communicate with production manager on when customers’ orders will be finished.
  11. Answer simple hydraulic questions for customers, forward complex questions to engineering department.
  12. Issue return-goods authorization for customers.
  13. Light filing.
