Maintains product knowledge of new, used, and certified pre-owned vehicle warranties
- Develops leads through prospecting and supports Sales Director prospecting efforts for new accounts.
- Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Demonstrates vehicles to customers i.e. test drives
Presents pricing information to customers and negotiates the terms of a sales agreement when closing deals
Follows-up on in bound telephone inquiries, walk in prospects, emails, and post-sale
Builds rapport with co-workers, other departments, and customers
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements, interests, matching requirements and interests to various models
Stays up-to-date on inventory and available incentives
Completes all appropriate paperwork for each deal
Loads all contacts into eLead
Tracks individual trades in DMS
Collects all rebate documentation
Enrolls customer into appropriate manufacturer programs and technology
Turns 100% of deals to Accessories and Finance Dept.
Attains and stays current on certifications required by the manufacturer.
