Service Advisor (Full-Time)

What you will do:

At Woodhouse, we live to Passionately Serve By Providing An Experience That Exceeds Expectations. You will passionately serve Woodhouse’ mission and your customers by committing to give every individual the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

You will greet and assist every customer in timely, friendly manner, while also completing a full-circle-walk-around vehicle inspection.

You will write up customer’s vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.

You will advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.

You will provide cost estimates for labor and parts, establish “promised times”, and obtain customers signatures on the repair order.

You will schedule service appointments with customers, as well as contacting them during the appointment with any changes in the estimate, promised time, or with additional repairs needed

You will review repair orders to ensure completion and close them as needed.

Percentage of Work Time Spent on Activity
Seeing: Must be able to read a computer
Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with employees
Fingering/grasping/feeling: Must be able to use a computer, fax machine, copier
Working Conditions
Working conditions are normal for an office environment; generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are occasionally hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, irregular temperature, etc.
Equipment & Machines Used
Includes but not limited to a computer, fax machine, copier and telephone.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to the Service Manager.
