Service Concierge (Full-Time)

What you will do:
At Woodhouse, we live to Passionately Serve By Providing An Experience That Exceeds Expectations. You will passionately serve Woodhouse’ mission and each customer by greeting and coordinating with each customer that walks into the service department.
You will be the customer’s first point of contact, and will give direction and answer questions.
You will direct calls, answer questions, and take messages with each customer that calls the service drive.
You will provide effective and courteous service to all visitors and employees.
You will effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
You will assist with administrative activities and other tasks, as assigned by manager.
You will work closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for each customer and employee.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment; generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
Equipment & Machines Used
Includes but not limited to a computer, copier, multi-line telephone, scanner and fax machine.
Reports to the Service Managers.
