Open Position: Member Experience Representative / Call Center Representative
A Member Experience Representative (MER) is the Centris version of a call center representative. A successful MER is outgoing, detail-oriented, loves getting to know people, and has a positive attitude. This role involves extensive contact with members over the phone, so please know that you will be on the phone fielding calls for the majority of the day. Strong phone etiquette is a must-have for this vital role on our team.

We envision our ideal candidate will have the following work experience:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- One year customer service experience (phone preferred)

Our members depend on us to be available to serve them, so this position does have required availability based on our typical call volume. The shift hours that candidates must be available for this opportunity are Monday through Friday, between 8:25 AM and 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:55 AM to 1:00 PM.
