Immanuel is seeking a Driver to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites.

Shift: Part time mostly days varying between 8:00 am to about 3:00 pm occasional evenings 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

This position will pay up to $18.10/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

Schedule and transport residents to appointments, outings, and activities. The responsibilities of this job include safely operating a motor vehicle, scheduling routes, maintaining vehicles, carrying luggage, and assisting residents boarding and exiting vehicles.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Must be 21 years of age.

Valid Drivers license is required.

In Iowa, Chaueffer's license will be required prior to hire.

CDL certificate may be required depending on location.
CNA certificate may be required depending on location.
Must be able to successfully pass a DOT Medical Exam and obtain a DOT Medical Examiners Certificate.
Hiring is contingent on successfully passing a DOT Medial Exam and obtaining DOT Medial Examiners Certificate.
