Newport House - RN Team Lead Triage - Nights

Immanuel is seeking a Nights Team Lead - RN Triage to work at Newport House located at 6798 North 67^th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68152. Newport House has 24 skilled nursing/rehabilitation and 72 long-term care suites. This will be a nights position working 3-12 hour shifts. Day of the week will change from week to week.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

This position contributes to the Mission and Vision of Immanuel by serving as a designated functional lead with oversight of the day to day activities of their operations and team members. Provides management support to plan, organize and lead resources with assigned team members; as well as functioning as an individual contributor within the department. Participates in operationalizing Immanuel strategic initiatives and priorities. Serves as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelors degree in nursing preferred; professional nursing school graduate required.

Current License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.

Three (3) years of nursing or related experience is required.

Must successfully complete occupational health requirements of the position.
