In 1986, three technologists and entrepreneurs set out to assemble an elite group of people who knew how to design, develop, and support enterprise software applications. For more than three decades, these three individuals have attracted a group of smart and passionate individuals that have extensive experience creating primary business applications for a wide range of clients and industries.

Throughout the years, BHMI has developed and supported hundreds of software applications. We develop both custom software applications and software products. We are best known for the Concourse Financial Software Suite, which is a modular software suite for the electronic payments industry.

To meet our clients’ specific needs, we have expertise in a wide range of programming languages, database products, hardware platforms, and operating systems. For both our custom development projects and our internal software products, BHMI leverages a proven agile development methodology combined with a talented team that is centrally located at BHMI’s state-of-the-art Corporate Development Center in the United States. All development, testing, implementation, and support services are provided directly by BHMI team members.

From the very beginning, our core competency has been to create primary business applications that are continuously available, highly scalable, and undeniably reliable. Over the last three decades, we have seen a lot of change in technology, but our focus has remained the same. We develop enterprise software applications that provide real value for our clients and professional satisfaction for our team.

The BHMI work environment is casual, but professional. BHMI’s flex-time policies accommodate individual employee work styles and also help employees to better balance the demands of professional and family life. We do not believe that work cubicles constitute the best environment for employee efficiency and productivity. Therefore, each BHMI employee is provided with an individual office so that distractions can be shut out when dealing with tough technical problems. The corporation offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan that allows employees to make tax sheltered contributions to individual pension programs. BHMI also makes an additional annual corporate contribution of 3% of an employee’s salary to his or her 401(k) plan.
