Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation is a dynamic provider of high quality physical rehabilitation services where positive patient outcomes are achieved in a manner that ensures the viability of the corporation and acknowledges the dignity and worth of each individual.
In fulfillment of the dream of Mose & Garrison Siskin, the board, hospital employees, and medical staff of Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation are dedicated to providing accessible physical rehabilitation services. Specifically, Siskin Hospital:
Offers a continuum of care through which physical rehabilitation services are provided so that each person served is assisted toward physical, psycho-social, community and vocational independence.
Acknowledges the dignity and worth of all individuals, including those who serve as well as those who are served, without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, or disability.
Maintains service quality through the principles of effective management, courtesy, reliability, respect and concern; while providing an environment that is responsive to patients’, guests’, and employees’ needs and rights.
